Safeguarding Policy
How families can raise a concern about a learner’s experience with the academy.
Our approach
Al Khair Online Quran Academy aims to provide a respectful learning environment for enrolled learners and families. Parents and guardians are encouraged to stay involved in a child’s learning, including the agreed lesson schedule and communications with the academy.
Online learning
Families should use the academy’s agreed lesson arrangements and keep account credentials private. Learners and families should not share unnecessary personal information during lessons or support communications.
Raising a concern
If you have a safeguarding concern, email admin@quranpakonline.com with the subject line “Safeguarding concern”. Please provide the information needed for the academy to understand and review the concern. Where appropriate, the academy may direct a family to the relevant local authority or emergency service.
