Privacy Policy

How we use information needed to provide online learning and support.

Effective date

This policy is effective from 1 October 2026. We update it when our information practices materially change and publish the current version on this page.

Who controls your information

INFO KNIGHTS BPO LTD is the controller responsible for information processed for Al Khair Online Quran Academy. Our registered office is Office 1128, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom. For privacy questions or requests, contact admin@quranpakonline.com.

Information we use

We use the parent or account holder’s contact details, learner details, enrolment requests, lesson schedules, attendance and learning records, support messages, and payment references to operate the academy and respond to enquiries.

Children’s information

A parent or legal guardian should submit enrolment information and manage the learner account for a child. We use child information only as needed to arrange and provide the agreed learning plan, maintain lesson records, communicate with the family, and meet legal obligations.

Payments

Secure payment providers process payment-card or account details on their own checkout pages. The public enrolment-request form does not collect payment-card information. We retain the payment reference and information needed for customer support, accounting, refunds, and fraud prevention.

Why we use it

We use this information to take steps requested before enrolment, provide agreed tuition and support, meet legal and accounting obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in operating, protecting, and improving the academy. Where we rely on consent, we explain that at the point it is requested.

Sharing and security

We share information only with service providers that help us deliver the service, such as payment processors, communications providers, hosting providers, and learning tools, or where required by law. Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom; where this applies, we use the safeguards required for the relevant transfer. We use access controls and security measures appropriate to the services we provide. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your rights

We keep information only for as long as needed for the learning service, payment administration, legal and accounting obligations, or dispute handling. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or marketing preferences. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. See our contact page for support.
