How to cancel
You may request cancellation at any time by using the cancellation form or by emailing admin@quranpakonline.com from the email linked to your account.
When cancellation takes effect
We review cancellation requests within 2 business days and send a confirmation by email. We will confirm the effective date. A payment already processed is handled under the Refund Policy.
Current paid period
Cancellation does not automatically refund lessons already delivered or scheduled within the current paid period. If you believe a refund is due, use the Refund Policy and include your payment reference.
Changes to a plan
For a schedule or plan change, contact support before the next agreed payment date. We will confirm any agreed change, including its price, currency, lesson frequency, and effective date, before a payment is taken.
